At Arcade Machines India, every arcade machine and amusement product is carefully manufactured, tested, and, in many cases, customized to meet our customers' specific requirements. Because of the nature of our products, we maintain the following Return & Refund Policy.

1. No Returns

All products sold by Arcade Machines India are non-returnable once they have been delivered and accepted by the customer.

As many of our products are custom-built, made-to-order, or manufactured according to customer specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

2. No Refunds

Payments made towards confirmed orders are generally non-refundable.

Once production, procurement, or customization has commenced, cancellations and refunds cannot be accommodated due to the resources and materials committed to your order.

3. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests may only be considered before manufacturing or procurement has started.

If a cancellation is approved at our sole discretion, any applicable administrative, design, procurement, or processing costs already incurred may be deducted from the refundable amount.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

We take great care in packaging and dispatching every order. If you receive a product that has been damaged during transit or does not match your confirmed order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:

Your order or invoice number.

Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

A brief description of the issue.

After reviewing the claim, Arcade Machines India will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement of affected components, or other suitable support, where applicable.

5. Warranty Support

Manufacturing defects covered under the applicable warranty will be addressed in accordance with our Warranty Policy. Warranty service does not constitute a return or refund unless expressly agreed in writing.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all quotations, product specifications, layouts, dimensions, artwork, and order details before confirming their purchase.

Once an order is approved and production begins, modifications, returns, or refunds may not be possible.
